FAQ
Community Questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
What is a listening centre?
A free, confidential space where trained volunteers and counselors simply listen, and refer to further support when needed.
How can I volunteer?
Use the Get Involved form. We train volunteers before they work at centres or events.
Are community events free?
Most awareness events, webinars and listening centres are free.
Can my college or company host an event?
Yes. Choose "Host a community event" in the form.
What are scholarships for?
To help learners who could not otherwise afford psychology education. Criteria are announced with each intake.
Do you work with NGOs and government?
Yes. We partner with nonprofits and public bodies on community counseling and awareness.
How do you measure impact?
We track reach, participation and wellbeing outcomes, and publish them in our impact reports.
